MEDICAL CANNABIS NEW YORK HISTORICAL MEDICAL CANNABIS BEFORE THE COMING OF THE ANTI-MEDICAL CANNABIS LAWS American Druggist Syndicate - Long Island, NY [Acquired by Drug Products Co., Inc. - Mar. 1958] [ American Druggist Syndicate - Cannabis Tincture] Although the museum has been able to locate one of their product catalogs, very little is actually known about the American Druggist Syndicate.   We assume that it was mostly a drugstore trade organization or co-op of some kind.   It was acquired by the "Drug Products Co.," in 1958. The bottle shown above is probably their best known (Cannabis) product.   This is probably due to the fact that we were able to locate a color photograph; the also made a lot of other Cannabis medicines.
