Small Cystitis Bottle
This Little Bottle (sort of looks like a test tube with a metal screw on-cover), was actually only one of many that probably came out of a physicians travel bag or travel kit.   The kind that was carried by a doctor when he (at the time it was always a he) would make house calls. The label reads:
CYSTITIS #6 COATED BLUE
Methylene blue
Cannabis ext
Benzoic acid
Hexamethylenntetramine
Salol
Hyoscyamine
Atropine sulphate
