As per an Internet auctioneer's wording:
Linden Cough Balsam Plymouth Pa. - Albert G.Gorblewski Plymouth Pa. bottle with 100% paper label and has PREPARED by A.G. GROBLEWSKI PLYMOUTH PA. embossed on other side. Also have box it came in and flyer from inside box. The flyer and one side of the box are in Polish Bottle is in like new condition and still has cork it is 6 inches tall and is a light green in color. Box has trademark of Oct.3 ,1905.
